Who We Are
CND Grand Master, Multi award winning CND Education Ambassador, and CND Media Spokesperson, Jeni Smith.
I initially trained with the Carlton Institute of Beauty in Windsor back in May 2007 undertaking my Nail technology level 3 ITEC qualification. I did conversions with NSI and EZFlow before finding the industry leaders and innovators CND.
I started my business from a home based salon with clients all coming from referrals and word of mouth under Tips2Toes.
I have been lucky enough to feature regularly in industry magazine Scratch and have enter competitions and placed in the Top 3. I was a finalist in 2012 scratch star awards for nail stylist.
In 2011, I became a coveted Grand Master Artist with CND and in May 2011 I achieved my dream of becoming a full systems Education Ambassador enabling me to give back all that I have learnt on my journey.
I moved into our current premises in December 2011 which enabled the academy and salon to be run from the same place. I Trained with Sienna X for Spray tanning in August 2012 as wanted to add some different treatments to our menu, and in June 2013 training in Shrinking Violet Body Wraps.

In December 2013 Filmed with the BBC for Fake Britain about the perils of salons providing "Fake Shellac" which aired on BBC One on May 2nd 2014
May 2014 Became a Moroccan Tan Trainer
June 2014 Salottino's™made it as a finalist for the Peterborough Evening Telegraphs "Salon of the year 2014"
In June 2015 Became a Waxperts Educator
I also started uploading tutorial videos to YouTube after many requests.
In February 2016 Worked at London Fashion Week on Vin And Omi's 2016 AW show. I produced 4 sets of nails using CND L&P, Brisa Gel and Shellac all covered with Vinylux, one set of my nails were worn by actress Jane Horrocks who closed the show
I was also Awarded the accolade of Lecenté™ Educator of the year
Became a finalist for nail salon of the year at the British Hair and Beauty awards 2018
